Well, looky here! It's the much-anticipated rematch between two historical basketball afterthoughts! You can catch it starting at 1:00 PM ET on ESPNU, or listen to Steve Jones and Dick Jeardi serenade you on the radio (local affiliates, Sirius Ch 113, XM Ch 193). Also, it's Coaches v. Cancer "Band Together Day" at the BJC, so make sure to purchase your $3 'rally towel' if you're going to the game and wave that damn thing.

i have this accounting
exam to study for, so i wont be at the game, please feel free to include as much data on the game as possible
ktd5048 - February 11, 2012
Good luck with that
Which accounting course? 6-3 Nebraska at the first TV timeout. Typical PSU shooting performance thus far (see: lousy). PSU is sporting gray unis though, the same gray unis they wore when they upset Illinois.
Tim Aydin - February 11, 2012
HRIM 336
ratios, balance sheet, income statement, statement of cash flow, class averages a 63 percent on first exams according to past history so im trying to study a lot haha….i dont mind the georgetown look it seems that our team plays a tad better when we wear them, but it could be the differance from shooting away to home
ktd5048 - February 11, 2012
15-11 PSU, 11:38 in the half
psualum9931 - February 11, 2012
51-33 PSU, around 13 mins left

Oliver is out again
I don’t see the point of having played him the other night. Get him back to full strength before putting him out there. Even if that means shutting him down for the season. They aren’t playing for the Big Ten title.
mundyscorner99 - February 11, 2012
Does anyone else think
That at the end of the season, Chambers will have a carefrontation with Oliver and let him go?
AriesGD - February 11, 2012
It's possible, especially if they are able to get a big recruit
It sucks for Billy because he has done a few nice things, especially the Purdue game, but it could be better for his health and for all involved.
mundyscorner99 - February 11, 2012
^in order to free up a scholarship
mundyscorner99 - February 11, 2012
His health really worries me.
Poor guy hasn’t had one full season without getting knocked out because of injury. How much can his body take?
dwf5095 - February 11, 2012 via mobile
Not coming back
Appears that Oliver has played his last game. It’s a shame that he’s had so many problems. Feel bad for the kid. Wish him the best down the road.
psfann - February 11, 2012
PSU on a 7-0 run
Up 25-17 6:45 left first half
mundyscorner99 - February 11, 2012
Where has this team been most of the season??
psu1313 - February 11, 2012
Seriously?!
Man, I’m gonna chew somebody out for scheduling my exec meeting during this game. I’m dying to be in the BJC right now.
dwf5095 - February 11, 2012 via mobile
Too bad they can't play every game at the BJC
Just sayin’…
Tim Aydin - February 11, 2012
Yeah,
Do you think it an experience issue or just lack of talent for the big home/away difference?
psualum9931 - February 11, 2012
Both
This team shoots like crap on the road. As for the home / away difference in the B1G, it’s a combination of crowds, changing gyms, and yes, officiating.
ckmneon - February 11, 2012
A lot of talent at the game.
I thought I saw Austin here. Breneman (sp?) is here. JayPa too.
TheSwish - February 11, 2012 via mobile
Franco Harris
TheSwish - February 11, 2012 via mobile
Good game for them to visit.
dwf5095 - February 11, 2012 via mobile
Jeez.
Announcers said Oliver’s career may be done? Really a shame for him, but he’ll always have the Purdue game.
Chris Grovich - February 11, 2012
I feel bad for Oliver...
But Purdue game aside, I can’t say I’ll miss him from an on-court perspective. Seemed like a good guy though off it, and I can’t imagine the amount of frustration he went through with the concussions and headaches.
Tim Aydin - February 11, 2012
Pretty much this
The guy had his moments, but from a purely on-court point of view, not the world’s biggest loss.
ckmneon - February 11, 2012
Score?
Don’t have ESPNU, how are we playing?
AriesGD - February 11, 2012
We're up 51-33. 13:17 left.
dwf5095 - February 11, 2012 via mobile
...as of 9 minutes ago, according to Onward State's twitter.

PSU up 58-43, 6:24 left
mundyscorner99 - February 11, 2012
Holy Tim Frazier?!?!
For those of you that can’t see the game, outstanding athletic play on a tip in by number 23. 56-38 State!
wek5000lion09 - February 11, 2012
That was great. Dude just outjumped everyone.
Chris Grovich - February 11, 2012
Just rub it in, thats okay
AriesGD - February 11, 2012
Chambers is 100% Pure Colombian Awesome.
Screaming at his team and drawing up plays up 18, yelling “I’m not going to stop! I’m not going to stop!”.
Chris Grovich - February 11, 2012
Crowd at the BJC
Any idea on how large the home crowd is today? They have exploded on some big moments and sounds like a possible ‘raise the black curtains’ type of atmosphere.
wek5000lion09 - February 11, 2012
Seems like the lower bowl is pretty filled in.
Chris Grovich - February 11, 2012
Thanks
Was a season ticket holder my 4 yrs in UP and always hoping more fans start to fill up the BJC!
wek5000lion09 - February 11, 2012
Colella has taken 10 three's already
Only hit two of them though. Most were open looks.
mundyscorner99 - February 11, 2012
and make that 2/11
Let’s go Nick….gotta get Timmy that triple double. 2 assists away.
mundyscorner99 - February 11, 2012
GGNC
TheSwish - February 12, 2012
rumor has it
both brandon austin and geno thorpe are at this game
ktd5048 - February 11, 2012
Didn't see Geno.
Only saw Brandon and presumably his dad. The kid could use some weight.
Eric Gibson - February 11, 2012
1/2 isn't bad
Anthony Davis scenario where he might still be growing? and now I’m curious to was there possibly an interview article we should expect to come out on monday? really excited that he was their for a game where tim frazier went off and almost had a triple double
ktd5048 - February 11, 2012
Score update?
AriesGD - February 11, 2012
FINAL: PSU 67 NEBRASKA 51
Frazier finishes one assist shy of a triple double. They tried a pick and roll with Sasa for the 10th assist, but he was double-teamed and threw up a crappy shot. Box score:
http://scores.espn.go.com/ncb/boxscore?gameId=320420213
Chris Grovich - February 11, 2012
Nice
AriesGD - February 11, 2012
67-51 victory
Frazier with 23, 10 boards, 9 ast
danger05 - February 11, 2012
Montana gets ESPN!
Woohoo! Great game!
lexi1031 - February 11, 2012 via mobile
wow, 13K at the BJC?
I didn’t see the game on TV but the box score says 13K plus… nice to see some mid feb “paying attention” for this team
mbailey71 - February 12, 2012
didn't look
like 13k when i watched the recording of it. the lower bowl wasn’t even filled entirely, crowd seemed pretty loud though
